COED Recreational Program (REC)

Recreational Overview
  • The recreational program is the most basic competition level at SSA. Teams play all games with other in-club recreational teams.
  • Practices usually occur one or two times during weeknights. Players are asked to try to attend at least one practice during the week. 
  • All games and practices at the home fields.
Age Groups: COED U5/6 to U10 (ages 4-9 - Birth year matrix determines age group)
Tryouts: None
Travel Games: None
Season: Fall or Spring Season 
Game #: 8-10 games per season 
Spring Season Fees (half year): 
  •  Early
  •  Regular - 
  •  Late
(Includes field, club, referee, uniform, and rec skills night training fees)

 Where are games/ practices played?
All rec games and practices are played at our North IRC Regional Park home fields (near the pool). Specific playing fields will be posted on the board as you walk into the complex and on your online GotSoccer schedule
 When are games/ practices?
Games are held on Saturday mornings, as well as two night games which will occur on week days. Practices are determined by which coach your child is placed with. 
 What does my child need to play? 
Your child needs to have soccer cleats, shin guards, and a way to hydrate at all games/ practices. The uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks) is included in your registration fee! 
 How do I register? What's next?
  • Following to the registration link will bring you to GotSoccer. 
    • Previous users can use their existing accounts. 
    • New users will need to make a new account. 
  • Follow the instructions onscreen to complete registration.  
  • After payment is received, you will be sent an email confirming your player was registered. (Contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.) 
  • Your coach will call or email you to welcome you to the club and answer any questions you may have no later than March 11th, 2018.
